Sea fish are very healthy and worth eating. Wild fish are the healthiest and contain a lot of omega-3 fatty acids. Fishing in the Baltic Sea in the Gdańsk region.
My favorite salmon dishes are tartare:
recipe: chopped salmon fillet, salt, pepper, onion and pickled cucumbers.
The second dish is carpaccio:
recipe: chopped salmon fillet, salt, sugar and dill.

That looks amazingly delicious. One of my favorites is tartare with the fresh Bluefin tuna we catch out of San Diego. It's mouthwatering. :):)
