typical Aceh shrimp noodles
Hi all steemian, wherever you are now, good evening I will post about typical Aceh shrimp noodles.
Aceh noodles are regional foods that have been spread in various regions in Indonesia. This food comes from Aceh, one of the provinces in Sumatra.
The cuisine is typical Indonesian too, typical Acehnese shrimp noodles. Typical of Aceh in spices. The aroma of the spices is also delicious. All spend the shrimp still in the refrigerator.
Aceh noodle consists of three types, namely fried noodles, stir-fried noodles, and boiled noodles. Fried Acehnese noodles do not have soup, sauteed noodles with a little sauce and boiled Aceh noodles with a lot of sauce. This Aceh noodle is incomplete if there is no chips, lime, fried peanuts, and shallots, and cucumber.
How to make :
- sauté leeks until wilted. add the sauteed spices until fragrant
- Enter the shrimp as well as bay leaves and stir-fried tomatoes for a while
- pour enough water to simmer
- Enter the noodles
- Do a taste test.
- Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions and crackers.
