My Wonderful Sunday: Eating Batagor and Crispy Deep Fried Mushroom | Daily Lifestyle #2
In a sunday afternoon, I take a walk and searching for street culinary food. I find so many street culinary food that make me confuse to choose. Then I decide to by 'Batagor' and 'Crispy Deep Fried Mushroom'
Batagor (also known as Bakso Tahu Goreng) is made of meatballs, tofu, boiled eggs and some potatos. It tastes more delicious when you pour the peanut spice on it. You can also mix a little bit chili which has been served by the seller. You can find an orange leaves on it which is usually use to make food feels more aromatic.
Crispy Deep Fried Mushroom is made of white oyster mushroom which has scientific name Pleurotus ostreatus.
White oyster mushrooms is dipped into melted flour. Then it is fried untill dry. It tastes more delicious when you combine it with the chili sauce as much as you want. I think you might like it @alexpmorris xD
