Easy and simple, more importantly, you can quickly prepare sandwiches for tea or coffee! And do not assume that this unhealthy food, if you choose good ingredients, we obtain useful sandwiches!

You will need
16 slices white bread tosternogo (we have it exactly one roll);
8 plates of ham (smoked meat);
1-2 tomatoes;
200 grams of mushrooms,
4 eggs;
100-150 g of cheese;
1 tbsp. tablespoon butter for frying;
salt, pepper, parsley.

How to cook:

  1. Of the 8 pieces of bread with a sharp knife cut a crumb. We get bread "rims" of crusts. 8 whole pieces of bread lay on a baking sheet, 4 of them put bread "rims". Fill them in advance fried mushrooms, salt and pepper and sprinkle with grated cheese.

  2. On the remaining 4 slices of bread to put on 2 plates of ham on them - the remaining 4 bread "rim" without crumb. Inside rims put sliced ​​slices tomato and smash into each sandwich on the egg. Season with salt and pepper.

  1. Send the pan with 8 sandwiches in the preheated oven and bake at 180 ° C until the "grab" the eggs and melted cheese.
