Today I want to pay attention to the cult Ukrainian dish, this is baked podderovok or bacon. I got a very nice, meaty underscore. I cook it like this: wash it with cold water, boil it with onions, spices, bay leaf for exactly 1 hour 10 minutes. Then I wrap it in foil, salt and pepper it. I bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for one hour 15 minutes. It turns out very tasty ham, bacon, bacon, underscores, whatever you like best.
