Japanese banana rolls cake.
Ingredients.
- 1 mold (30cm).
For banana cream:
- 1 banana.
- 1 egg yolk.
- 20 grams of sugar.
- 6 grams of corn starch.
- 100 grams of fresh milk without sugar.
- 1 gram of vanilla liquid.
For roll:
- 2 egg yolks.
- 10 grams of sugar.
- 2 mls of vanilla liquid.
- 30 grams of fresh milk without sugar.
- 16 grams of oil (don't use olive oil).
- 2 egg white.
- 30 grams of sugar.
- A little of salt.
- 1/8 cafe cream of tartar.
