How to loose 3-4 kgs in a month

7am : green tea

9am : 2 egg whites and apple

1pm : 2-3 roti or rice or anything you want except junk food or oily food

5pm : salads and fruits

6pm : green tea

8pm : anything except oily and junk foods

Avoid high calaories food like biscuits ,oily food or sweets

Your daily calory intake should be 1400 and you should atleast eat food 3-4 times in a day
