As I have always told you in my publications, to cook you need to be in good spirits and have a desire to make a delicious meal, either for yourselves or to share. Well, having said that, let's start with this delicious recipe.

Baked fish
Stuffed with Vegetables (Catalanas)

Ingredients:

  • 3 Catalanas (will depend on the number of people)
  • 6 medium garlic cloves
  • 1 Red or green paprika
  • 6 Sweet peppers
  • 1 Spoon of olive oil (optional)
  • 3 sprigs of coriander
  • 1 Lemon (optional)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (black or cayenne)

Utensils:

  • Sharp knife
  • Chopping board
  • Aluminum foil (optional)
  • Baking container

Process:

In this part of the process I recommend preparing your scenario or work site, as well as a beautiful woman waiting for her partner, wearing her best clothes and perfuming every part of her body waiting for the action, ok! we continue.

Prepare your space includes, wash the vegetables, chop the peppers and peppers in julienne, crush the already peeled garlic and reserve in a recent one.

Then you must clean the fish, if I know! You will tell me that you do not know that it is very complicated and that you do not like it because of its smell, but let me tell you that when the fish is fresh, its smell is not penetrating and it is very easy to clean.

Now, take your knife, the chopping board and bra firmly the Catalan to be able to make a precise and firm cut, from the lower part of the head to reach the fish's crop, remember with precision.

Then in fact this cut, you proceed to remove the gills that are in the head of the Catalan and holding them firmly, make a kind of tension towards the belly with which you can extract everything that is inside the fish. Done this step, place the Catalan under the tap and wash it very well, be careful with the thorns, then let it drain the water, for the next step. You should stay at the end as shown in the photograph.

Now comes the process of seasoning. That reminds me, that when I cook I always take the time to admire what I'm doing and I love to imagine everything I can add, that's when my mouth starts to salivate because it's as if I already imagined its delicious taste hmnnn By what part of the recipe did I stay? I remember, this photo reminded me Condiments!

To flavor, you proceed to open the fish spray it inside with lemon and add a few drops of olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, it is important to note that if you like daring and spicy flavors you can add more cayenne pepper or sprinkle with any spicy that you have at hand (variant of the recipe). That is, not everything is so square and when you cook much less, I like to have fun and this is my way of providing diversity of flavors to my meals. You must stay as shown in the following picture.

Now we proceed to fill the fish, like a piñata for a party, add the sprig of cilantro, chili, paprika and garlic. If you wish you can offer another pinch of salt, as to concentrate the flavors. Contemplate how beautiful it is staying.

After filling the Catalans they wrap in aluminum foil; but if you do not have this variant in this part of the process and it is in the oven, you should bake it at a low temperature so that the fish does not lose its juice. Now, in this recipe I used aluminum foil.

With the oven previously ignited at a temperature of 200 °C, take the tray with the Catalan ones already wrapped in the oven, for an approximate time of 20 min. This time will allow the fish juices to stay inside it and cook juicy hmnnnnn! my mouth was water again. After this time voala! We finished this rich and simple recipe. We are ready to serve.
