Book the rice. Wash them with cold water and keep them aside. Mix a tablespoon oil in rice. Now heat a tablespoon oil in a wide pan. Put the salt in the egg and fry it well. Now put eggs in oil. When it starts cooking, scramble it and fry it. Keep it aside and keep it aside. Heat the oil and fry the garlic and onion in it. Now mix rice, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar in it. Then mix Egg and little salt in it and serve hot. You can also mix vegetables such as beans, peas, carrots, and cheese in it. If you want, you can also add tomato sauce.
