-600 g. Manitoba flour;
-2 eggs;
-100 g. sugar;
-100 g. butter;
-half a cube of yeast.
work everything together until you have a homogeneous mixture
let rise for 2/3 hours
put on a floured work surface and roll out
give the dough the desired shape
rise for 2 hours
heat the oven to 180 ° ... meanwhile brush the croissant with milk or egg.
Bake for 20/25 minutes.
freshly cooked, brush with water and sugar
stuff with chocolate (Nutella is top) or marmalade.
