Yesterday I was at the restaurant "Niyama"! This is the most delicious Japanese restaurant in our city! Although the prices there, of course, make themselves felt 😂

The restaurant has a pleasant and cozy atmosphere, a classy interior. Everything is done in brown-orange tones under the yellow color of the lamps. As you can see, everything is down to the smallest detail, even the utensils are appropriate.

From cold rolls, we ordered one with smoked salmon and shrimp (the most incredibly delicious!), The second with roasted salmon and onion in the shavings of tuna, the third - with raw salmon * salted *, salad, jelly and branded Japanese sauce.

Of the warm rolls (tempura) - roll "Kamchatsky" with crab meat and red caviar, roll with baked salmon and triangular baked rolls with salmon in a gentle creamy sauce.

I was very pleased, because each roll was unique in its own way! Why is it the best Japanese restaurant? Yes, because everywhere everything is the same, and when bored, you go to Niyama!

Вчера я была в ресторане "Нияма"! Это самый вкусный ресторан японской кухни в нашем городе! Хотя и цены там, конечно, дают о себе знать 😂

В ресторане приятная и уютная атмосфера, классный интерьер. Все выполнено в коричнево-оранжевых тонах под желтым цветом ламп. Как видите, все до мельчайших деталей, даже посуда соответствующая.

Там есть также большой аквариум, который я для вас сняла отдельно)

Из холодных роллов мы заказывали одним с копченым лососем и креветкой (самые невероятно вкусные !), вторые с жареным лососем и луком в стружке тунца, третьи - с сырым лососем *подсоленым*, салатом, желе и фирменным японским соусом.

Из теплых роллов (темпурных) - ролл "Камчатский" с мясом краба и красной икрой, ролл с запеченным лососем и треугольные запеченные роллы с семгой в нежном сливочном соусе.

Была очень довольна, потому что каждый ролл был по своему уникален! Почему это самый лучший ресторан японской кухни? Да потому что везде все одинаково, и когда надоедает, идешь в Нияму!
