Delicious cannelloni with chicken topping! 🍴🍝 -Share in Family💖🍷

Dear friends Steemians, nice to meet you! I bring you this time a very rich recipe to make Canelones de Ricota and Spinach with chicken topping, prepare it for a Sunday as a family and we are all really satisfied because in addition to delicious we take the opportunity to share a few drinks and have a different time .

The ingredients to use:

2 chicken breasts.
1 set of Pasta for 300g cannelloni.
Cilantro, Parsley, Garlic, Garlic and long onion to taste.
1/2 kg of fresh spinach.
1 Ricota complete.
100 g of Basil.
1/2 kg mozzarella cheese (sliced ​​to the preferred thickness).
1 Cup of tomato paste.
1/2 liter of milk
1 tbsp butter with salt.
4 tablespoons of wheat flour.
Salt and pepper to taste.
(optional: two packets of soda biscuit for the mold).

Preparation:

We start by cleaning all the vegetables and herbs to use. We put the previously clean breasts also to cook in water with a touch of salt to then dismejarlas. When cooked, remove from heat and let cool. Then they are shredded and prepared with the tomato paste, and the seasoning that is your preference (in my case use only salt and pepper).



We also boil the spinach until they are cooked moderately.



We crush the ricotta so that it is completely disarmed and easy to use to mix and fill the cannelloni.



Chop the vegetables like garlic, onion and other herbs to taste .. I particularly like to feel them in the mix so the beak is moderately small. Once ready the picadillo we mix it with the ricotta and season it to taste (pepper, salt and any adobo that you like like oregano, paprika, turmeric, etc) ...


Apart we make a béchamel sauce with the milk, a part of the milk we put it to heat with the tablespoon of butter and the rest we liquefy it with salt, pepper and the flour, when being hot almost boiling the milk the liquefied mixture is added and Beat until it thickens. Then we remove from the heat and let rest a little.

Prepare a tray (previously greased with oil so that it does not stick) depending on the amount of cannelloni and we make a bed of soda biscuit which guarantees that the melted cheese will not stick to the tray. We proceed to fill each of the cannelloni.



Once they are filled, they will be sprinkled with enough béchamel sauce (cover them well). and we place the chicken trimmed and prepared, above as you can see in the image. Once this is done, place the slices of mozzarella cheese on top and take it to the oven for 30-40 minutes depending on the power of the oven.



We take advantage of sharing to refresh ourselves with a glass of wine and fruit .. 😆😋 since the time in the kitchen will be approximately 2 and a half hours.



I let them brown because the gratin is my favorite ... I put a touch more of parsley on top (this gives it a very good flavor).



I served it with a delicious cesar salad (my favorite) ....



The full plate is accompanied with a cream of auyama ... and all super rich!
