Resep : Chocolate Pudding
Selamat malam sahabat steemian yang aku sukai,,Semoga kalian sehat selalu dalam beraktivitas sehari-hari,dan bisa memberi postingan-postingan yang bagus dan baru!!
Pada malam hari ini saya akan membagikan resep Chocolate Pudding yang enak dan lezat. cara bikinnya cukup gampang dan mudah.!!
| Bahan-bahanya: |

- 400 ml susu cair putih
- 4 gram agar2 coklat
- 45 g gula pasir
- 10 g cocoa powder
- 50 g DCC (dark cooking chocolate), cincang.
- 1 butir kuning telur
| Cara membuatnya : |

- Campur semua bahan kecuali DCC, saring. Masukkan DCC lalu masak di panci dgn api sedang. Aduk2 hingga mendidih. Matikan api, hilangkan uap panasnya.
- Tuang di cup, gelas atau cetakan pudding. Biarkan dingin sempurna, masukkan kulkas beberapa jam. sajikan dgn fla favorite.!!!
