Low Carb Coconut Flatbread- Easy Recipe
The Ingredients.
1 egg.
1 tablespoon of coconut flour.
1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese(Optional)
A quarter teaspoon of baking soda
A quarter teaspoon of baking powder
halve a teaspoon of seasalt
2 tablespoons of full cream milk
You can also use some savoury herbs like Onion and garlic powder if you want.
Method:
In a mixing bowl, beat the egg until smooth then add the milk and other dry ingredients and mix everything until the mixture is nice and smooth and let it stand for 5 minutes.
Put a pan on the stove and heat up to medium to hot and melt some butter and pour some mixture into the pan in two equal parts to make two medium sized flatbread pieces.
Press the mixture down to the thickness you want and bake until golden brown on both sides. Let it cool down and make yourself a nice sandwich by putting on some cold meats and tomato and cheese and onions or whatever fillings you want.
