Cold Tragacanth Gum Desert (How To Cook)+(health benifits)
Hey Friends , I am back with my new dish ready for you which is very tasty as well as benificial for your heal.
I have cooked cold tragacanth gum desert for you.
Tragacanth gum is said differently in different origin.
Like India - Gond Katira
Germany - kutira gummi
France - Gomme Adragante
First i will share the recipe with you and then its benifits.
Ingrediants Quantity Unit
- Tragacanth Gum 50 Gram
- Water 250 Ml
- Condensed Milk 50 Gram
- Sugar 50 Gram
- Rose Syrup 5 Gram
- Almonds 2 Gram
- Raisins 2 Gram
- Grated coconut 5 Gram
Method of cooking :
• Soak the gum for overnight in water.
• Take a pan dilute some condensed milk with water and sugar .
• Add the gum in the diluted solutions .
• Add grated coconut ,and rose syrup in it.
• Garnish it with chopped almonds and raisins.
• Serve cold.
Texture would be soft and colour would be pinkish white.
Benifits :
It behaves as a cooling agent inside the body and thus prevents us from heat stroke.
Beneficial for women who want to increase their breast size as it does by daily dosage.
It acts as an effective remedy for weakness and any sexual inadequacy in men.
