While visiting a friend we went to monseratto mountain (2200 meters) and had an epic meal. This is one of the most traditional Colombian dishes with deep fried pork belly, rice and beans, shredded beef, egg, chorizo, and all the other goodies. I am getting hungry as I think about the dish.
