西米100克,牛奶一袋,草莓,芒果,椰果
做法
1.西米100克,我买的是小包装刚好100克
2.西米用清水清洗干净
3.放入小锅中中火煮开后转小火煮,期间用筷子不断搅拌,以免粘锅糊掉
4.煮到西米变成半透明,中间有一点点小白点状即可,然后盖上盖子焖10分钟
5.焖好后,用过滤网在流动水下冲洗掉粘稠的液体,留半透明的西米备用
6.在清洗过的西米中倒入适量的牛奶,用量自己调节。我用了一袋,冰箱冷藏4小时或者一夜来帮助西米吸足牛奶
7.草莓用盐水浸泡后清洗干净
8.草莓切成小丁备用
9.芒果切成三片,中间一片是核
10.在一侧的芒果片上划成菱形刀
11.用手顶一下芒果皮的一面,切下菱形块的芒果丁
12.把切好的草莓丁和芒果丁还有椰果罐头丁放入容器内,淋上牛奶西米露,再点缀上一部分水果丁后淋上一点点糖桂花即可
