SAMBAL ACEH

Sambal is a typical cuisine of Aceh also, this sauce can fish, eggs and others, below I will explain the ingredients for fish sauce include:

1. fish (whatever fish according to taste)
2. 20 red chili peppers
3. red onion 5 cloves
4. garlic 1 clove
5. Tomatoes 1 fruit
6. Salt to taste
7. Cooking oil
   How to make
   The fish is cleaned and cut into pieces according to taste and then fish fried drain, all spices like chilli, tomato, garlic, onion puree, then heat cooking stir fry seasoning has been mashed add salt, let fragrant add pandan leaves, cook until cooked then mixed with fish that has been fried, ready to serve
