 Red lentils and garlic soup are suitable for people with diabetic (type 2) and those who have dietary regimens. 

ingredients :


 

Red lentils (washed) 225 g (about 1 glass)

Onion (amorous) number 2

Great garlic (exhilarated) 2 cubes

Carrot 1 x

Pure olive oil 2 tablespoons Chicken water 1.5 liters

Vinegar 2 tablespoons Pepper and salt to the required amount

Celery leaves to decorate 


 How to prepare:

Red  lentils, onions, garlic, carrots, olive oil and chicken water and bring  to medium boil for medium heat, then reduce the temperature to stay on  for 1.5 hours. Sometimes stir the soup to the bottom of the container. Add vinegar or lemon juice, salt and pepper.

If the soup is very thick, add a little water. Then pour it into the desired container and decorate it with celery leaves.

Nutrition Tips:

This food is rich in fiber and lentils and vegetables. Red lentils give a great tasting to the soup, and in the meantime, it does not need to soak before.
