How to make the best mashed avocado - easy (Peruavian style)
Here is an easy recipe for a mashed avocado, it is so tasty and you can eat it with almost anything, but I personally like to eat it with bread or crackers.
You will need:
Avocado (hass)
Vegetable oil (I don't use olive oil personally because the flavor is too strong and it stands out)
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder or chopped
Aji-no-moto
Note: salt and oil are the only ingredients that you will put a little bit more than the other ingredients, the others you will put just enough.
