How to make a perfect morning BURGER in 10-15 minutes

I love burgers very much and cook them from time to time. Today I want to share a receipt of a wonderful burger.  This is very easy burger and it takes just 10-15 minutes to cook it. I usually cook it in the morning before going into work. That's why I call it #morningburger.

So, lets cook morning burger!

What we need

We need just 4 ingredients:

  • beef;
  • cheese;
  • egg;
  • burger bread

Making the burger patty

Burger patty is a soul of burger. So let's do it first)

For making the patty we should make minced beef. For this we cut the beef into small peaces. Then grind it into minced beef. I use kitchen machine for this purpose but you can use any other available device.

Then we should make a meat ball and flat it by palm. As a result we have a nice burger patty.


We can even more shape our burger patty using special form (if you have one).

Burger patty is ready and now we can fry it.

Frying

Put burger patty on red-hot frying pan and fry it for 3-5 minutes from each side.

Take an egg and fry it as well.


Take a burger bread, split it and fry from one side (soft side). 

 

While the patty is frying you may press it a little bit. It will make it more flat.


Don't forget to fry the second half of burger bread as well.

Frying is done. We can construct our burger now.


Building the BURGER

You may put ingredient in any order between two halves of burger bread.

 I prefer the following order: cheese-patty-egg-cheese.

Nice burger, but adding some lettuce or pickles and a little sauce would do it a solid in my opinion : )
