INGREDIENTS
400 g macaroni
400 g of mushrooms
300 g bacon
3-4 tomatoes

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Put the macaroni to boil according to the package instructions, salt water and a teaspoon of oil so that they do not stick together and cover with a lid.
After they have boiled, they are removed from the pot and given in 2-3 jets of cold water. Put it in the strainer and cover with a foil so it does not dry out.
Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms, cut and ripen in butter mixed with olive oil. Cut the bacon of the large strips, which are placed over the mushrooms and continue to burn to the fire, until it gets a crispy crust.
Place the pasta in a bowl, mix with mushrooms and bacon and season with salt and pepper to taste. Seasoned with slices of tomatoes and thyme twigs.
