INGREDIENTS
350 g cooked chicken chopped
200 ml sos marinara
250 g parmezan ras
4 sticks
Spices: salt, pepper, basil, oregano, garlic powder
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Whether you do it with chicken made from scratch or what's left of a chicken steak (or a roast chicken), this is a simple and tasty recipe anyone can do in 15 minutes . Perfect for a meal with family, a quiet movie or lunch for work.
The quantities given are for 4 servings.
Put the chopped chicken into a bowl, add the spices and mix well. Add over sausage sauce , mix.
Put a stick on a chopper (or flat plate) sprinkled in the middle 1/4 of the amount of parmesan, 1/4 of the chicken. Bring the four sides of the lip, two by two, to close the contents inside. Do the same with the rest of the 3 sticks.
Heat a pan that does not stick and put the sticks to warm, 1-2 minutes on each side.
You can serve with extra sausage sauce if you find it too try
