Hilsha Barbecue
Ingredients: Hilsa fish one, boiled potato 1, turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon, turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon, salt to taste, onion chopped 1/2 cup, green chili 2, fried dry chilli 2, mustard oil 3 tablespoons, bread crumbs 1/2 cups
Procedure: Cut the hilsa fish into pieces and wash them thoroughly by removing the inside of the head and washing it thoroughly. Only the back parts should be taken apart from the pieces of the stomach.
Now the fish head, tail and back part of the fish must be kept 10 minutes with a mixture of yellow powder, pepper powder and salt. After 10 minutes, the pieces of fish should be boiled with little water. And have to take a head and tail. The boiled fish should be cut off.
Then boiled potato chutney and dry chillies break with a little salt and mix it with chopped fish. Take 3 tablespoons of mustard oil in the pan and take it a couple of minutes with a pinch of onion and chili chili. After that, take 4-5 minutes to cook the fish.
