German tea culture / ドイツのお茶文化
There are many nice things I like in Germany. Herb tea is one of them especially after I reduced my daily caffeine intake last year.
I see so many variety of herb tea everywhere including mixed ones with special effect such as "tea for cold", "tea for good sleep", "tea for feeling refreshed" etc (I wonder why there is no "detox" tea anymore).
These days I bring a bag of German herb tea when I travel. I brought some to Japan too. Chamomile is must. I add some other tea bags from kitchen such as peppermint tea.
Recently I fond a box of twenty different herb tea bags at a bio store. I look forward to explore new taste :)
ドイツの好きなところはいろいろあるのですが（パンとかパンとかパンとか）、去年コーヒーを控えることにしたこともあり、改めてドイツのお茶っていいなあと思っています。
緑茶や紅茶も売られていますが、なんといってもハーブティーの種類がとても多いです。「風邪を引いた時のお茶」「よく眠れるお茶」「気分がスッキリするお茶」などなど、効能ごとのミックスもあります。
この数年、旅行に行く時にはティーバッグをいくつか袋に詰めて持って行くようになりました。体調がすぐれない時やよく眠りたい時に飲むカモミールは必須で、あとはペパーミントなど家にあるものを何種類か。
最近、20種類いろいろなティーバッグが入ったものをビオ屋さんでみつけて買ってきました。新しく好きな味がみつかるといいな :)

種類が豊富ですね。
先週から、メディカルハーブを勉強するようになったのですが、
その分野は、ドイツや欧州が強いな～と思っていた時の、@akipponnさんのこの投稿だったので、感慨深いです^^
メディカルハーブ、Heilpraktiker という仕事があるのですよ。難しいですがいつか挑戦できないかなあ・・・なんて。まずはドイツ語をもっとうまくならなければなりません。お会いすることがあったらお茶たくさん持っていきますね。メディカルハーブのお勉強進みますように！
