Opor ayam
Bahan:
- 1 ekor ayam, potong-potong
- 1 buah jeruk nipis
- 3 lembar daun jeruk
- 2 lembar daun salam
- 2 batang serai, memarkan
- 2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
- 1 liter santan dari 1 butir kelapa
- minyak untuk menggoreng
- garam, gula pasir dan merica bubuk secukupnya
Bumbu halus:
- 7 butir bawang merah
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 1 ruas jari jahe
- 3 ruas jari kunyit
- 3 butir kemiri
- 1 sendok teh ketumbar
- 1/2 sendok teh jintan
