I made a cake for the first time ever and it was good enough. Although a little bit too sour. (I really had a lot of cranberries)
This cake is very easy to make. Make easiest cake dough, bake it until it needs few minutes to be ready, then add buttermilk+cranberries+apple+gelatin mixed together and bake another 5min. whoalaaa, the cake is ready! 🍰 👏

That is so awesome! So I don't get why we always see cranberries floating in water when they harvest them?
I usually see cranberries in the forest and we pick them one by one (it takes more time to fill bucket :D ), but this looks like for a mass production. When berries are ready probably they just flood the fields so it is easier to get them. Looks crazy, didn't know about this method till now.
