Bell peppers are beautiful on the outside and although they belong to the chili family, they are quite mild. The beauty of Bell peppers is not only on the outside. It also has numerous health benefits.
 They contain lots of vitamin c which powers the immune system.
 They are low in calories. A cup contains just about 45 calories.
 The sulphur content in Bell pepper helps it play a protective role in fighting against cancer.
 Bell peppers contain beta-carotene which provides anti-oxidants.
 They contain good amount of vitamin E which helps to keep the skin glowing and youthful.
So add Bell peppers to your food basket and diet and reap the health benefits.
