Aceh merupakan sebuah provinsi di indonesia yang terletak di ujung utara pulau sumatera dan aceh merupakan provinsi paling barat di indonesia ' aceh juga di kenal dengan beranekaragaman kuliner salah satunya ayam tangkap yang di kenal hampir seluruh pelosok nusantara

Namun proses pembuatan Ayam Tangkap ini terbilang cukup mudah sekali , di olah dengan bahan- bahan dasar dan padukan juga dengan bumbu- bumbu alami sehingga akan menimbulkan aroma yang wangi masakan ayam tangkap ini menjadi sangat istimewa.
Namun bila anda sedang kurang nafsu makan Ayam Tangkap merupakan solusi yang tepat ayam tangkap sangatlah cocok bila santap dengan nasi hangat plus ditemani dengan minuman dingin seperti es jeruk atau minuman dingin lainnya

The main ingredients of aceh catch chicken

  1 chicken
  10 stalk leaves koja temurui
  5 pieces of pandan leaves in rough iris
  1 liter of cooking oil
  1 cup of boiled water
  2 pieces of green chili

For the process of catching chicken flavor
6 cloves garlic 3 cloves chopped in puree
5 cayenne pepper
3 onions
1 segment of turmeric 2 cm turmeric
1 segment of the thumb 2 cm ginger
1 spoon of salt
Acid water to taste

     Bahan utama ayam tangkap khas aceh 
  1      ekor ayam kampung 
  10    tangkai daun salam koja temurui
  5      lembar daun pandan di iris kasar
  1      liter minyak goreng
  1      cangkir air matang
  2      buah cabai hijau

Untuk proses bumbu ayam tangkap
6 siung bawang putih 3 siung dirajang di haluskan
5 cabe rawit
3 bawang merah
1 ruas ibu jari 2 cm kunyit
1 ruas ibu jari 2 cm jahe
1 sendok garam
Air asam secukupnya

The process of making it
Chicken cut into 24-30 small pieces, then wash clean.
Squeeze with lemon juice.
Next puree all spices mixed with 200 ml boiled water then put the chicken pieces into spices and soak for 10 minutes.
Next heat the oil in a large skillet to boil then fry the chicken until browned all the chickens should sink in the oil and do not get too coincident with each other try a large skillet

 Proses pembuatannya 

Ayam di potong menjadi 24-30 potongan kecil, selanjutnya cuci bersih.
Remas-remas dengan air perasan jeruk nipis.
Selanjutnya haluskan semua bumbu di campur dengan 200 ml air matang kemudian masukkan potongan ayam tersebut ke dalam bumbu dan rendam selama 10 menit.
Selanjutnya panaskan minyak di wajan besar sampai mendidih lalu Goreng ayam sampai kecokelatan semua ayam harus tenggelam dalam minyak dan jangan sampai terlalu berhimpitan satu sama lain usahakan wajan yang besar

   Di goreng dengan 2 liter minyak tersebut dan jangan menggoreng sekaligus,caranya sedikit demi sedikit.

Hingga ayam matang, selanjutnya masukkan irisan bawang merah daun salam koja tersebut dan daun pandan plus cabe hijau kemudian menggoreng sekitar tiga menit lagi.
Selesai angkat tiriskan dan segera hidangkan ayam tangkap tersebut dalam keadaan panas
