Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe
Tikka Masala :
Taka is a delicious Indian dish made from grilled chicken pieces in orange or red sauce. It is used in the preparation of hot Indian spices, so it is a favorite of warm food lovers and served with a white rice dish.
Ingredients :
8 teaspoons of cumin.
500 g of tomato sauce.
2 teaspoons of gharam masala.
6 pieces of boneless chicken breasts (weight of 120 g).
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
2 cups of cream.
4 teaspoons of paprika.
2 tablespoons butter. 4 teaspoons black pepper.
2 pcs small size ginger.
1 teaspoon salt.
4 teaspoons hot red pepper.
Juice a small grain of lemon.
2 cups milk.
2 cloves of garlic.
2 pepper.
1 sweat of parsley.
How to prepare :
Place the yogurt in a large bowl and add lemon juice, red pepper and 2 teaspoons of cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, salt and garlic. Then wash the ginger, then add it to the mixture and stir well.
Wash the chicken breasts and cut into medium cubes.
Add them to the mixture and stir until the mixture is spread over the whole chicken cubes and then put the container in the refrigerator for one hour.
We then grill the chicken halves well and put them in the grill sticks and stir for 5 minutes on each side until they ripen.
Melt the butter in a wide, deep skillet over low heat, then peel and garlic and add to butter.
Wash and mix the chili finely and add it to the mixture and stir the mixture for a minute and then add the salt and paprika and the amount of latency remaining then add the cream and tomato sauce and then stir and leave the mixture for 20 minutes on low heat until the sauce becomes cohesive and thick.
Add the chicken breast cubes and stir well until the ingredients are homogenized.
Leave the mixture for 10 minutes on low heat until it is cooked and then extinguish the fire.
Put the chicken mixture in a large dish, then wash and cut the parsley leaves and put them on the surface, and serve it hot.
