Boh usen salah satu nama kue atau cemilan yang memiliki rasa sangat manis dan enak,tak heran jika banyak dari kalangan masyarakat menyukai kue ini bentuknya yang sederhana sangat mudah untuk dibawa kemana mana,kue ini termasuk kue khas tradisional tanah rencong yang pernah berjaya dimasanya,meski sekarang banyak kue kue yang unik unik,tapi bagi masyarakat aceh kue boh usen tak pernah terlupakan.
