Gai Pad Priao Wan (Sweet and Sour Stir Fry Chicken)
Hello #ricepeople,
I had some leftover Pineapple of my Pineapple baked Rice so i decided to cook a sweet and sour chicken.
Because of my husband doesnt like cooked tomatos so much I made it without and replaced it with more chicken :)
It was really yummy and all of us 3 really coudlnt get enough!
Im pretty sure I will cook that more often now.

Btw, the rice looks so palatable and an addition of the sesame seeds on top is just the icing on the cake.

Seems simple but very tasty!
its a bit tricky that the batter stay on the meat (for me, im still learning to cook since im here in germany, because before in Thailand it was so easy to get it around every corner.)
But yes its overall simple and really delicious!
