This is my second @ulog post since @ulog was born...
And i want to say a big thank you to our man Terry @surpassinggoogle for making me, an untalented writer a "ULOGGER*

yesterday being thursday was an awesome day for me. I woke up safe and sound and hurriedly went to office...checking my table, i had little work to tidy up which i quickly did.
Before 12noon i was free and i started chatting and taking selfies as usual..lol

While i was still in the office, my boss (also my cousin) called me and handed a glass of tiger nut milk with dates fruit and coconut...wow!

That was becoming one of my favourite drink now.. I was so happy because i needed to drink something at that point.. I collected it and hurriedly went back to my sit to consume it..
Awww, it was chilled, fresh and tasty...

Do you know about this natural drink? I guess no! But this milk is highly nutritious and can serve as substitute for the regular cow milk.

how to prepare it

Wash your tiger nuts thoroughly (if it dry tiger nut, Soak in water for 2days before you blind)

Wash your date fruit, cut it open and remove the seed inside...

Break your coconut, remove the shell and cut the eatable part into small piece...

Pour all the three into blinder, add water and blind to smooth..

Pour the paste into a sieve and squeeze out the milk...

Pour the milk in a glass and cool or you take it immediately...

But it more enjoyable when served chilled..
