Yellow Gravy Bawal Fish (Ikan Bawal Saus Kuning) 🐟

Necessary materials:
2 medium-sized pomfret fish.
4 cloves of garlic (puree)
4 candlenuts
10 onions
6 pieces of green chili
6 red chillies
500 ml of water
turmeric
First step cut the pomfret into 3 parts, then season the fish with garlic that has been mashed and mix a little salt. After that let stand a few moments until the bamboo seep, then fry the fish until half cooked.
- Pureed hazelnut, 3 cloves of garlic, and turmeric.
- then we prepare the onion, red chili and green chilli (cut rough)
- Then stir-fry the ingredients with 3 tablespoons of cooking oil, stir-fry until fragrant.
- After the seasoning taste fragrant, input onion and chili that have been cut before, stir until evenly distributed.
- Then input a little water, then input the fish that has been fried into the skillet do not forget to input a little seasoning flavor, cook until 5 minutes ago lift, and yellow gravy pomfret ready for serving.
