Ingredients for Ingredients

  • Khender - 2 (250 gm)

  • Oil - 2 tablespoons

  • Green Coriander - 2-3 table spoons (finely chopped)

  • Green Chilli - 2 (Finely Chopped)

  • Ginger Paste - 1 teaspoon or 1 inch piece grated

  • Asafoetida - 1 pinch

  • Cumin - ½ teaspoon

  • Amchoor Powder - ¼ teaspoon

  • Red Chilli Powder - Less than ¼ teaspoon

  • Black pepper powder - ¼ teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoon

  • Coriander Powder - 1 Tablespoon

  • Salt - ¾ teaspoon or as per taste


Method - How to make Beetroot Fry Vegetable

Wash the beetroot and dry the water well. Then, after wearing polyethylene gloves, peel the beetroot and cut it into small pieces.

Heat the curd and put oil in it. When the oil is hot, add cumin and asafetida in it. After that, add turmeric powder, ginger paste, green chillies and coriander powder and fry the masala lightly. Then, add chopped sugar in the spice. Add black pepper, salt and red chili powder and cook the vegetable by running it for 2 minutes so that the spices of the spices come on pieces of beetroot. After this, cover the vegetable and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, stir the vegetable again with a spoon. There is still a lot to cook in vegetable cooking. Cover it again and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

After that, check the vegetable. Press and hold a piece of sugar, it is a slight pressure, then the vegetable has become. Add Amchoor Powder and a little bit of coriander and mix it. Take the prepared veg in a bowl.

Parsley with whole, paratha, roti or rice, with a taste and health-rich sweet dish. It is enough to serve 4 to 5 members of such a beetroot vegetable family as a side dish.

Serve this nutritious and finger-licking beetroots sabzi steaming hot along with chapatti, parantha or rice. Enjoy!
