Bread Paneer Pakora makes an amazing snack whenever you want to eat something different. You can make this crispy snack and serve it piping hot with a cup of tea. Serve this Cottage cheese bread pakora to your guests, everyone will relish eating it.

Here is a quick and easy recipe with pictures to make Stuffed Paneer Bread Pakora which is relished by kids as well as adults. Serve these delectable paneer bread pakoras with green coriander chutney, tomato sauce or kasundi or any other chutney as per your desire.


Ingredients Required -
  • Bread - 4 slices

  • Chickpeas flour - 1.5 cups

  • Paneer - 150 gms

  • Green coriander - 3 to 4 table spoons (finely chopped)

  • Ginger - ½ inch (finely chopped)

  • Green Chilli - 2 (Finely Chopped)

  • Oregano - ¼ teaspoon

  • Red Chilli Powder - ¼ teaspoon

  • Coriander Powder - 1 Tablespoon

  • Baking soda - 1 pinch

  • Chaat masala - ½ teaspoon

  • Salt - slightly more than 1 teaspoon or as per taste

  • Oil - for frying


Method - How to make Cottage Cheese Bread Pakora

    After adding a little water to gram flour in a big bowl, stir it till it ends. When the slurry is ready to be smooth, then add more water to it and make the solution of thin consonance. The finished slurry should be slightly slim than the consolidation of the pomber. 1 cup of water is used in so much gram flour.

    Put the oven, red chili powder, coriander powder and ¾ teaspoon salt in the solution. Mix all the spices well in the batter. After this, add the baking soda in the batter and mix it well. The batter is ready.

  • Make stuffing

    Grate the paneer in a plate. After this, add 1/3 teaspoon or salt, ginger, green chilli and finely chopped coriander in the cottage cheese. Mix the spices well in the paneer. Then add the chat masala and mix it. The stuffing is ready.

  • Fill stuffing

    Put in a brad plate and keep stuffing on it and spread it well. Then, put another bread on it and press it well. After this, cut a tricolor by slicing the bread from the middle to the middle. In this way, prepare the whole bread by filling and cutting stuffing.

  • Go to frying

    Heat oil in a pan and heat it. Put a little bit of oil in the hot oil and check it. The gram flour is coming up immediately, this means that the oil is hot enough to fry the pakodas. Lift the bread and carefully put the gram flour in the batter and wrap the solution on the bread all over and put it in the hot oil to fry the pakora. Add a little over the top of the pakoda to the pakador, with a little oil clover. As the pakador leaves a little bit from the bottom, turn it over and fry till both golden brown on both sides.

    After being well cooked, take the pakodare slightly slanting it on the stove and take it out of the pan so that extra oil can be left in the pan. Likewise, prepare all the dumplings to be fried.

    To make small size pakodas, cut the bread in four pieces and dump them in the gram flour mixture and put them in the pan.
    Tasty flavored paneer bread pakoda is ready. Serve pakodas with green coriander sauce, tomato sauce or kasundi or any of your favorite chutneys and have fun with coffee or tea chips.

Suggestions:
  • Avoid adding too much water altogether as it gets difficult to dissolve the lumps.
  • You can make pakoras without baking soda as well.
  • You can use ½ tsp ginger paste as well.
  • You can omit the use of green chilies if making these pakoras for kids or reduce the quantity.
  • You can also add finely chopped spinach, finely chopped capsicum as per your taste and preference.
  • If you wish to make them in smaller size then further divide the bread slice like this as the size of pakoras gets bigger.
  • While coating the bread pakoras in the batter, be little gentle as the bread gets soft too quickly in the batter.
  • Coat it quickly with the batter and drop in oil immediately.
