Very easy-to-make children's favorite mango creamy soft ice cream.

Materials Required -

Cooked mango - 5 (1 kg)

Sugar- 1/2 cup (100 grams)

Cream - 1 Cup (200gm)

Method - How to make Mango Ice Cream

Wash the mangoes well and peel them out. Pulp and sugar in a mixer jar and prepare the paste.

Whip cream
Take out the frash cream coolly and remove the excess milk which is released from it.

Take two such cups to churn the cream, that the second cup will come in one bowl. Take both the cups in the freezer and cool them well. Then, put ice cubes in a big bowl and keep the small cup above the ice. Add cold creamy cream out of the fridge in it. Whip cream to electric blender The cream will be whipped in about 2.5 to 2.5 minutes.

Mix mango pulp into whip cream and mix it well with the help of Blender. Put the prepared pulp into the air tight container and keep the container in the freezer of the shutter, in 7 to 8 hours, the mango ice cream will be ready.

Very good mango ice cream is frozen, remove it from the freezer and serve cold and cold mango ice cream with dryfruits and serve and eat. You can serve ice cream with strawberry sorbet, Rose sherbet or similar.
