How to cook lamb head
Oven cooking lamb head

How to prepare
Put the sheep's head in a deep dish, and soak it in water and salt for about 60 minutes. Wash the head well with water, lemon juice and salt, and set it aside. Put a pot on the fire, add water, a pinch of salt, and the lamb's head, and leave it on the fire until it boils for several minutes. Pour the water, add the water again, add black pepper, cinnamon, bay leaf and salt, and let the head cook on the fire until it is cooked, that is, for about 60 minutes. Remove the head from the pan, place it on a plate under the oven grill, and leave it for about 30 minutes. Place the head in a serving dish, pour fresh lemon juice on it, and sprinkle with some chopped parsley.
