Homemade African dish : Melon Soup
Yesterday, while I was busy trying to think of what kind of food to make for dinner, this came to mind.
The picture up there is of an African dish generally referred to as "Egusi Soup" in Nigeria. Its a dish made using melon seeds and usually eaten with "Eba" (garri).
On the right side of the picture is the melon soup with "eba" on the left. From the picture, its obvious I couldn't help myself and dug into the meal before remembering to take a shot😂😂
Looks simple but trust me it was worth the time spent on it.
