You're very welcome and I hope it brings you a few new followers. Would love to see an article on growing Tumeric please when you have a minute :-)
Thanks a lot, this is actually the first time we are planting Turmeric, we planted Ginger 2 years ago and they have been doing very well so we decided that since Ginger and Turmeric are of the same Zingiberaceae family it should do well too. For now we're documenting their progress and I'll sure do a post when we get the full picture of the period from planting to harvesting. Here are the ones we planted this January, you can observe the land is dry, we have been watering them daily and awaiting the raining season to take charge of that bit of watering for us. Lol. Thank you once more for the mention, I am sure it helped.
Brilliant mate. Thanks :-) So do you grow them both from seeds or from root cuttings? Obviously they are both roots, so can you cut a bit of and get it to grow ? How long before its ready to harvest and use please ?
