Search posts by first tag - depending on what feed you're on, you can use the search to filter posts that are from everyone or just from you based on the first tag.

So, if you want to see #music posts from everyone, be on content by everyone-feed and use search. Change the feed to content by you-feed and you will only get #music posts by you. This will in future also show #music posts that are favorited by you or #music posts that are from your followed list of users.

Favorite content - See a interesting post that you want to save to your own feed? Just click on the star and it's on your personal feed. This does NOT resteem the post on Steemit.

Follow and ignore users - Don't want to see someone's post on public feed? Just click on their username and choose ignore. Or if you want to see their posts in your personal feed just choose follow instead. Ignores and follows do not show up on Steemit, it's all happening on the Folderall only.
