RE: Flowers at the VanDusen Botanical Garden in Vancouver, BC... Part 2
Thankfully, I don't have any breathing problems. I do have another small problem, however. My high-tech golf studio has a wall that opens to give access to the driving range. It is open all day long. So, all my screens, computers, launch monitor and cameras are getting covered every day in a fine layer of ash.
That also means that I'm breathing lots of that stuff in. Every day at the range right now is like being a heavy smoker I guess. Oh well, it should clear-up eventually.
Good luck with your allergies!
I was thinking some quality cigars might help us endure it
The last time I had a cigar I realized that I am definitely not cut out to be a smoker. You can have an extra one for me! I was thinking a nice icy glass of the good stuff might be better for my disposition and ability to endure the ash-air.
Since I have no idea how to post a picture in a comment, I will post a photo taken just a moment ago in my golf lab. It shows the base of one of my computer monitors that was clean a few hours ago. I have used my vast artistic skill to convey a message in the ash.
We have some ash falling. No end in sight for this mess. I am just glad the fires are not close to us. Everything is tinder dry.
I just had a guy in for a club fitting the other day. He needed new golf clubs, since he went golfing in the BC interior with his brother a couple weeks ago and the car containing his clubs went up in smoke!!! Looking at the positives, he is getting a really good set of fitted Ping golf clubs out of the disaster, and nobody got hurt.
