Growing flowers in my garden
Every year my grandmother taught me to always plant flowers in our gardens. She said that way we could share with the Bees. I have every year even if all I can plant is a pot of flowers. Above are the marigolds I have kept the seeds for every year since grandma gave me the first almost 50 years ago. Many yearslater I found that a exudate from marigold roots kills root eating nematodes and protects the rest of the garden.
