Why Men Love Trees and Women Flowers

Men who come to my flower garden usually ask for trees. Ladies who come to my garden are more into plants that flower. I guess it's because of the way men and women are created.

Could this also be related to the theory of ‘Right-left-brain-theory?' This theory states that generally men are left minded and women are right minded. Men use more of their left brain and women use more of their right brain.

The left brain according to psychologists deals with things that are logical, factual and hard in nature. And the right brain deals with things that are soft, sensual, affectionate, emotional, and colourful. As a gardener this understanding has helped me over the years.
