Bagaimana Kabar kalian, semoga sehat selalu. kali ini saya akan menulis mengenai Kumis kucing (Orthosiphon aristatus) tumbuhan yang satu ini diberi nama kumis kucing karena memiliki bunga yang sangat mirip dengan bentuk kumis yang dimiliki oleh kucing.

Taukah kalian bahwa tumbuhan yang satu ini memiliki banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh kita diantaranya mengobati penyakit diabetes.

Cara mengolah kumis kucing (Orthosiphon aristatus) ini sangat mudah:

• Ambil 17 lembar daun kumis kucing kemudian cuci sampai bersih
• Masukkan daun kumis kucing kedalam periuk tanah, periuk tanah dipilih untuk merebus obat-obatan herbal agar khasiat dari obat tersebut lebih terjaga.

sebaiknya obat ini di minum secara rutin 1 kali sehari. tapi ada hal yang perlu sobat ingat bahwa rasa obat ini cukup pahit dan bisa menurunkan tekanan darah anda,.

selai obat-obatan ini jika penderita diabetes ingin menjaga kandungan gula dalam darahnya tetap stabil maka harus di barengi dengan olahraga secara teratur serta menjaga pola makan dan banyak minum air putih.

How to process "kumis kucing" (Orthosiphon aristatus ** **) is very easy:
-Take 17 leaves the "kumis kucing" then wash to clean
-Insert the Leafs "kumis kucing" into a pot of soil, clay soils chosen for boiling herbal medicines so that the drug efficacy of more awake.
