Pakistan Floods 2022: More than 1100 deaths, more than 3 crore people directly affected, more than 1 million houses destroyed

According to the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), 75 more people died in the last 24 hours, after which the number of people who died due to floods and rains has reached 1136.

NDMA says that 10 lakh 51 thousand 570 houses have been damaged across the country so far, while 7 lakh 35 thousand 375 cattle have died due to floods and rains.

According to the report, 162 bridges have been damaged during the rains and floods so far, 72 districts have been badly affected while more than 33 million people have been directly affected by the floods.
