Flipcart sell

Indian e-commerce company is fluttering in 2 American companies to buy Flipkart. These 2 American companies are Wal-Mart and Amazon. According to the agency news, Walmart is going ahead in the race to buy Flipkart. According to sources related to the case, Flipkart is bending towards selling its stake to Wal-Mart. The company feels that the deal with Wal-Mart (Walmart) will be more certainty. Both companies are bidding for a large part in Flipkart.

Sources attached to the case said that the Board of Flipkart was recently held in which Walmart's proposal was considered. The company feels that they will be able to deal with Walmart easily and quickly. Wal-Mart does not currently sell goods online in India. Amazon on the other hand is competing directly with Flipkart in India. If Amazon and Flipkart deal, then the deal will get stuck in the Competition Commission of India (CCI). These deals may also get stuck in the Indian market due to the rule of health competition.
