Flint Water Crisis Continues - Share Your View
I recently read a book titled "QBQ" or the "Question behind the Question". This book is about taking personal responsibility by not asking why but asking the what and how followed by an I. I think the leadership of Flint can take a lesson from this. The people of this town have had to endure contaminated water - without warning. They have had to deal with sickness and death only to be blamed by the leadership. For change to occur they must take responsibility for this poor show of leadership and a finger pointing culture - primarily pointing the fingers back at the citizens. Share your thoughts.
