I wished I could share something so fascinating; unfortunately to see the devastated families when my brother (as an insurance branch manager) visits them and give them the full claim policies of the victims, all the family wanted was their family member back.
Every time he shares the stories with his downcast face, he really wished he could do something more to ease the pain.
It was heart breaking when you see the reality of it. Most of them are still in grief.
I would hate to be in his shoes...I would also feel pain vicariously. It is even more difficult when you have no idea of what really happened. That uncertainty creates pain. Thanks for sharing.
