A crisis looms over Cavitina as a harsh acid has washed away our stockpile of food guaranteed to keep the population well fed. I must also report the Carie-miners deep in the hole all perished as they rushed to complete tunneling even as the acid washed over them. Our situation is dire. The evil overlords leading our foes at the planet Listerine delt us a ravaging attack unprecedented in our history. This is a day of mourning, yet will will rebuild and the Carie-miners will return to the cavern to dig deeper. Oh, the humanity! First the acid wash and now a drill tearing away the very core of our society. And a filling. Oh, how will we survive?
